  Training at Milton Muay Thai is amazing. Being interested in combat sports Milton Muay Thai appeared to be a perfect place to get back into shape. The environment of the gym can be felt as soon as you walk in, the staff are professional and friendly and I felt like I was a part of the team as soon as I started. Everyone ranging from the fighters to recent beginners treated me with respect. Training is great, the trainers get you to push yourself to your limits while being considerate of your comfort and fitness level. While training, more experienced members are patient with newcomers and help at any moment they can. The owner Kru Rommel is a great teacher and very down to earth, he can go from cracking jokes with you to pushing you to your limit in an instant.

  Awesome gym! I've been training for 8 months and I'm still loving it. Milton Muay Thai has so many different classes to keep it fresh and the coaches are great! The team there has really helped me improve my skills and reach a higher level.
