  Everytime I seem to go in they never have me on file despite the fact that I've been there several times. In August I went in to get a diagnosis for ADHD (which is taking a huge toll on my life) and was given a questionaire to fill out, when I went back the doctor I first saw hadn't made any note that I was there and I was asked if I was even at the correct clinic, that I must be at the wrong clinic, when this is the only one I go to. If you're trying to get a referral, go elsewhere, every time I ask for one they book the appointment without my knowledge or agreement and then don't tell you unless you call them or they'll call you less than a week before the appointment, which is just unprofessional.

  Worst experience at a walk in clinic. I was under the impression this clinic was a walk in. I called to see how busy the walk in was and was told it was not busy and to come in. I get here (with my sick 10 month old) and was told the walk in doesn't start for another hour. I am beyond upset. When I asked the receptionist why she would tell me on the phone that the walk in wasn't busy when clearly she could have advised me the clinic doesn't start until 430. Worst service by far. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
